43 things.com is an interesting, motivational site, in that it allows you to compile a life list (or goals) and share them with the ‘world’ You receive encouragement by way of cheers; you cheer people and they cheer you back. If you don’t achieve any of your goals, it’s no big deal, but the fact that you are on show encourages you to achieve them. You can also have the email-reminder set, in order to kick-start yourself into action
What I like about this site is that you can gain inspiration from other people, by talking and asking questions especially if they have the same goal as you.
A really cool site!

Yes I’ve heard the pros and cons about selling PLR packages, so I won’t bore you with a worn-out repeated post on the topic. Will it undermine my skills as a writer? Perhaps if I wanted to churn out 7,000 spun (maybe) articles each month, as does one well known Internet Marketing person, whose motive is to make as much dollars, in the shortest time possible. And there is nothing wrong with making a quick buck online, but what I don’t agree with, is selling extremely watered down versions of an original article. Personally speaking, there’s a huge difference in packaging a bundle of 10 articles and packaging 7,000 articles.

Well I’ve finally decided to start selling PLR articles. I know this will be covered in my training course in the next couple of months, but I am ahead of the game. One of the reasons why I’ve been frantically writing articles, is so that I can build my own quality PLR articles.
I have seen the quality of some of these, but not overly impressed. I have a few that I’m tweaking at the moment, but the time it takes me to do that, I may as well write my own from scratch. The course I’m doing shows a simple way to write articles, which now cuts my time in half. I was spending way too much time planning, researching and writing just one article.
So if you’re in between freelance jobs, why not make a start compiling your own PLR package. Even if you currently working on a gig or more, you can still set your self a goal of writing a couple of articles or more a day. It doesn’t even have to be thousands, a package can be 10, 20 30 etc.

Well I finally subscribed to Angela Booth’s Sell Your Writing Online . I had been toying with purchasing it for some time. I had actually made an enquiry about one of her programs a while back, but she did not respond. So I guess I was a little peeved. But not one to bear a grudge, I cited possible reasons as to why she didn’t, couldn’t or wouldn’t respectfully return my email; my message went to spam or she was just toooo busy.
Anyway, the first part arrived in my email today :-)) and I made a start on the weeks lesson; article writing. This earn-while-you-learn is a twelve month course, and covers most aspects of freelance writing. If you know you could expand more in terms of freelance writing, this program almost gives you a gentle nudge in the right direction. You are shown clever ways in which to sell your writing online; perhaps nothing new to you, but the weekly lessons inspire you to move on and upwards.
For me, it’s refreshing to know that although I am writing, the course is helping me acquire new skills, plus I now have the guidance to keep me on track.
